LOKI products have a full warranty to the original purchaser against deficiency in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion if a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect. Not covered in this warranty are damages caused by: improper care, misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate.

To begin the repair/replace process, please take the following steps:
Email Loki Outerwear to report a repair/replace (info@lokicanada.com).
You will be issued a Return Authorization Number / Shipping info. Due to government regulations the repair/replace item must be washed prior to sending in for service. Please allow up to 6 weeks for repair of item and this time may be increased during higher volume times of the year.
